| Comments: One more time again Viaden delivers an absolutely excellent job. Every challenge we came up with they took on and completed professionally. Due to the complexity of the project and number of many details involved we decided to pay a visit to Viadens headquarters in Minsk (Belarus). We had the immense pleasure of finally personally meeting Victor and his crew of talented programmers and designers. I was very surprised to see the size of their business, as I found out later, they are one of the largest web-development companies in Belarus and one of the fastest growing companies in the technological world. We spent about 5 hours in the conference room discussing various details of the software with Victor and some of his lead programmers. I believe the reason for their success is the hand-picked expert programmers that Victor has hired over the last years. What also struck me was the speed at which their crew works, which is mostly due to the fact that there is a bunch of programmers working and exchanging ideas with each other on every single project they take upon themselves. Another powerful plus this company has is their pricing. They priced my project very fairly, the reason for which, as Victor explained later on, is that since majority of their programmers are from Belarus and Russia (labor costs) they are able to cut costs while having world-class programmers. Like on our last project they worked on, they went overboard and came up with features that were not required by my company, but came to be crucial in increasing effectiveness of the software. We have hired programmers and software development companies from all over the world in past. After having worked with Viaden on some projects, I can easily say that they are #1!
